Hi!! My name is Dr. Kimberly Albarran, PT, DPT, CFNP - Perimenopause - Menopause Coach.
I am a licensed physical therapist with a clinical doctorate in physical therapy, specializing in chronic pain and the perimenopause - menopause transition. My approach to physical therapy centers around four core pillars: Mindfulness, Nutrition, Sleep, and Movement.
Our journey together will begin with nervous system regulation. We'll gently address any imbalances or dysregulation that might be causing you to feel stuck, overwhelmed, or contributing to pain and hormonal imbalances. As we progress, we'll continue to focus on each of your body's systems and its individual connection to your nervous system.
This includes exploring the digestive, cardiovascular (heart and blood vessels), endocrine (hormone), and lymphatic (immune) systems, as well as your musculoskeletal system, including pelvic floor health.
This collaborative approach ensures that we're addressing the root causes of your concerns at a pace that feels comfortable and right for you. Your input, comfort level, and readiness will guide our path every step of the way.
