30 minute

beginner Classes

• MONDAYS 2:15 PM (30 min)

• WEDNESDAYS 4:45 PM (30 min)

The intro class to the mini trampoline is geared towards seniors, but you don't have to be a senior to take this class if you want a basic introductory class. This class works on learning the mechanics while on the trampoline for balance and core strengthening. This course will help you build confidence on/off the trampoline and is a great way to get started if you have never jumped on the trampoline before.

30 minute

intermediate Classes

• MONDAYS 3:00 PM (30 min)

• WEDNESDAYS 5:30 PM (30 min)

This is a beginner class but is more advanced than the senior class with a little more agility in the bouncing. This course will work on balance, toning, cardio, and stretching. Most of all we will be having fun and getting back to playing again. This can help with reducing anxiety and depression and provide an overall feeling of well-being.

Is rebounding safe for people with joint pain or injuries?

Yes, rebounding is generally considered a safe and low-impact form of exercise, making it a great option for people with joint pain or injuries. However, it's always important to consult with your doctor or physical therapist before starting any new exercise program.

Can rebounding help me lose weight?

Yes, rebounding can be an effective way to burn calories and lose weight. A 30-minute rebounding session can burn up to 200-300 calories, depending on your weight and intensity level.

Do I need any special equipment to start rebounding?

To start rebounding, with Dr. Kimberly all you need to do is attend class. She has 6 bungee-type trampolines, available for each class. You may want to eventually purchase your own, which can be purchased online at https://www.radicalrebounding.com/store/p/trampion-package-pro. It's also recommended to wear comfortable workout clothes. No shoes are required, when we bounce barefoot we strengthen our feet, legs, and core and improve our balance! If you need to wear shoes, talk to Dr. Kimberly about the best type of shoes to wear.

How often should I rebound to see results?

For best results, it's recommended to rebound at least three times per week, for 20-30 minutes per session. However, any amount of rebounding can be beneficial, so even if you only have a few minutes to spare, it's worth jumping on the trampoline!

Can rebounding help with balance and coordination?
