Breathwork

Breathwork is a powerful therapeutic practice that uses intentional, guided breathing patterns to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper mind–body connection. Through controlled, euphoric, and diaphragmatic breathing techniques, clients can safely enter a theta-brainwave state—often called transient hypofrontality. In this state, the overactive “thinking mind” quiets down, allowing deeper clarity, emotional processing, and transformation to occur.

This method helps turn down the analytical part of the brain so clients can access the subconscious mind, where unprocessed emotions, limiting beliefs, and stored trauma often reside. By reconnecting breath, body, and awareness, breathwork can help release emotional tension, dissolve stuck patterns, and restore inner balance.

The Flourish Circle is a weekly/monthly coaching and membership community for women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and midlife health transitions. This program is led by Kristie Vogelsberg, PA, and Dr. Kimberly Albarrán, PT, DPT, CFNP.

It’s a safe, supportive space where women get tools, education, peer connection, and expert coaching to manage hormonal shifts, stress, and the physical and emotional changes of midlife.
